BGB opening hours and emergency cover for the festive period.

As the holidays are approaching, we wanted to let you know that our office will be closed from 5:00pm on Thursday 23rd December 2021 and will be reopening at 8:30am on Tuesday 4th January 2022.

For maintenance contracted customers who are eligible for the premium out of hours breakdown service, we have engineers on cover over the festive period to assist with any emergency calls.  The normal contact number 0844 413 0184 should be used and this will automatically divert to our designated out of hours team.

Please note, for non contracted clients we will respond to any emails or queries on our return to the 4/1/22.   If you think you may need the out of hours emergency cover then please don’t hesitate to contact our team to discuss our maintenance packages as soon as possible.
