Boundary Gates & Barrier (BGB) are a well-established company with sites across the UK where we maintain and repair Roller Shutters, Automatic doors Automatic Gates, Barriers, Turnstiles, Blockers and Bollards. The Company is continuing to grow at an exciting rate due to their excellent reputation and trusted expertise in their field.

ROLE

• Manage and win repairs on the Cash 4 Windows (C4W) system.
•  Liaising with clients from order receipt to handover.
• Telephone Answering.
• Liaising with peers and team members
• Recording and documenting of job progress
• Ordering of parts using Sage 50
• Communicate with suppliers and coordinate plant/parts requirements and delivery.
• Resolve queries, close jobs on completion, and handle invoicing.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• • Industry experience or similar working background would be a huge advantage.
  • Multitasker and team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with C4W and Sage 50 an advantage (training provided).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
